Annah Otieno

Annah Otieno is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya duly admitted to the roll of advocates in the year 2016 having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. Annah’s area of practice include Land Law and Practice, Financial & Securities Law and Banking & Insolvency Law. Annah also has interest in the following areas of law: Energy Law, Company Law, Commercial Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. Annah has been involved in various projects including: assisting a large SACCO acquire property through perfection of securities, drafting of Sale Agreements, Transfers and Charge documents and assisting a number of Developers of medium-cost housing estates comprising of individual villas, maisonnettes and budget apartments in the sale of their properties comprising the various estates.
