Velma Vugutsa

Velma Vugutsa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted to the roll of advocates in 2020. She graduated with an LLB in 2017 and was a graduate trainee of the 2018/2019 Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law. Velma represents clients in various commercial and real estate transactions. She conducts due diligence, advices clients on the acquisition and the sale of properties and contract negotiations. Velma’s area of practice is Conveyancing Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Data Protection Law and Family Law. Her area of interests include Commercial and Conveyancing Law.
